Nokia Introduces the X6 as its New XpressMusic Flagship

Nokia is replacing the 5800 with the X6 model, and positioning it as Nokia’s flagship music-centered model.  The Nokia 5800 is a smartphone and portable entertainment device code-named “Tube,” and the first touchscreen-equipped S60 device by Nokia. It’s part of the XpressMusic series of phones, which emphasizes music and multimedia playback.  The X6 will be equipped with a 3.2-inch capacitive touchscreen, 32GB of storage, a 5 megapixel camera with dual-LED flash, TV output, and a homescreen with a media/social-centric layout.  It supports easy access to Facebook, Ovi, Windows Live, Yahoo IM, YouTube, MySpace and other social-networking apps.  The X6 will also be included in Nokia’s Comes With Music program for unlimited free downloads from the Nokia Music Store.  The Nokia X6 brings entertainment and social networking to a higher level.
