Nokia launches N97 Mini

The euphoria on the Nokia N97 is still on but Nokia is already coming out with its smaller version, the N97 Mini.  It has a smaller touchscreen display at 3.2 inch and a slide-out tilting QWERTY keyboard packed into a 14.2mm thin metal casing.  While the physical dimensions are scaled down, the new phone is still equipped with important features such as the Ovi Lifecasting.  This lets you update Facebook directly from your Nokia phone and utilizes GPS to determine your location information that is then added to your updates.  The handset also works with Ovi Store that allows users to add new applications, widgets, and other content to their cell phones. The N97 Mini comes with a 5.0-megapixel camera that is complemented with dual LED flash and a Carl Zeiss Tessar lens.  It has an internal 8GB memory where you can load your favorite music and high-quality video clips.  It is expected to come out in the market this October with a list price of US$639.
