OK, this isn’t exactly a necessity even amongst gadget freaks, but many of the coolest things in life are extravagances, right? This sculpture quality image of the Dark Lord of the Sith comes with a big red lightsaber that acts as a holder for the Wii sensor bar. According to the press release, the unit can be used without the Wii controllers suffering any sort of loss of sensitivity, range or control. Whether you lose range sensitivity or control in your gameplay while being stared at by the guy who blew up Alderraan is your own lookout. Still, as silly, useless accessories for a video game console go, this is easily one of our favorites. The units will begin shipping in November for a retail price of $49.99.
