Toshiba NB205-N210 – Compact But Functional

Toshiba is more known of its larger, higher-end laptops but it will not be left out in the netbook battle and has come out with mini NB205-N210.  This model is small enough to throw in a purse or bag and weighs less than 3 pounds.  It is compact but comes packed with a lot of features such as a full-sized keyboard and touchpad, USB Sleep-and-Charge ports, six cell 9 hours battery life, and a hard drive impact sensor that protects stored data.   Its screen is a 10.1-inch LED-backlit display and the body features an eye-catching Fusion Finish in Black Onyx design.  The unit is powered by the Intel 1.6 GHz Atom N280 processor that utilizes the hafnium-infused circuit technology for longer battery life.  It also comes packed with a 160 GB hard disk drive, 1 GB of RAM (upgradeable to 2 GB), Fast Ethernet, Wi-Fi (802.11b/g), a SD memory card slot, and a pre-installed Microsoft Windows XP Home OS.
